HISTORY
Clark Testing Services, LLC (CTS) had been acquired from the Clark Equipment Company in 1996, operating as Clark Engineering Services up until its name change to Clark Testing Services, LLC in 2007. CTS has provided dependable test information for over 50 years to over 3500 companies in the engineering, automotive & industrial equipment manufacturers, military, mining, transportation, racing and marine/aviation industries. Our specially equipped 55,000 square foot facility situated on a 24 acre site, provides a secure and flexible environment to provide multiple non-destructive & destructive testing disciplines such as Powertrain with/without Dynamometry (including high performance racing industry efficiency testing), Structures (Stress, Fatigue & Experimental Stress Analysis), Hydraulic-Pneumatic, Field Data Acquisition & Analysis and Noise & Vibration. CTS received its ISO/IEC17025:2005 accreditation on July 12, 2007, certificate no. L2163. Testing methods conform to industry standard specifications including SAE, ASME, ANSI, FMVSS/CMVSS and MIL-STD.

HISTORY
Clark Dynamic Test Laboratory, Inc. was originally acquired from Westinghouse Advanced Energy Systems Division in 1992 and operated for 12 years as Astro Nuclear/ Dynamics, Inc (ANDI). In 2005 the ANDI Lab changed its name to Clark Dynamic Test Laboratory, Inc. and merged into the Clark Testing Group. Operating for over 40 years, the Clark Dynamic Lab has the capabilities to design and perform non-destructive & destructive test programs for Seismic, Vibration, High Impact Shock, Standards & Calibration services, Environmental/Aging and Electrical, Field & other testing services to most major industrial equipment manufacturers in the transportation (highway & rail), telecommunication, nuclear, electrical equipment, transmission & distribution, military and medical industries. We perform all testing services in compliance with strict IEEE, MIL-STD, IBC, UBC, NIST, Bellcore standards while operating under a 10 CFR 50 Appendix B Quality Assurance Program.

HISTORY
Clark Laboratories, LLC (Clark Labs) acquired UEC Technologies Laboratories, a subsidiary of U.S. Steel Corporation, in 2003. Clark Labs, which had been re-located from Monroeville to Jefferson Hills, PA in April of 2006, consists of five distinct laboratories: Analytical Chemistry, Coal & Coke, Condition Monitoring Services, Fuels & Lubricant and Industrial Hygiene. These labs draw on experience and expertise gained over 40 years through the combination of laboratories from U.S. Steel Corporation, the Gulf Oil Corporation, the PennRun Corporation and the University of Pittsburgh’s Applied Research Center. Clark Labs employs over 40 professionals, analysts and technicians serving approximately 800 customers in the steel, aluminum, raw materials, petrochemical, engineering & manufacturing, coal & coke, refining & alternative fuels, utilities, automotive & industrial equipment industries. We are registered under ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9002, A2LA and AIHA quality standards. Analytical methods conform to industry standard specifications including ASTM, EPA, NIOSH and OSHA.
